Wheelchairs that are not powered by motors generally cost a whole lot less than the ones that are powered by motors.  It is possible to get wheelchairs that are constructed beautifully using state-of-the-art materials, like titanium, for just fewer than two thousand dollars.  The styles and options vary by seller and brand.
